Offsite Supervised Visitation and Monitoring - Supervised visitation services conducted at various locations within Ventura County, Santa Barbara County or the West San Fernando Valley :

Therapeutic Supervised Visitation - This service is a pre-arranged, safe and therapy session in a counseling office. The non-custodial parent can interact with their child in front of a licensed therapist in a private office. Once the visit is finished, the non-custodial parent will pick up the child at the office. The ariival times are staggered so that the parents do not have to be in contact with each other. The actual exchange of the children is monitored and documented by Cornerstone staff.
Telephone/Video Call Monitoring - This service allows our staff to monitor the telephone conversations between the child and the non-custodial parent to ensure nothing inappropriate is being discussed.
Custody Exchange Monitoring - This service allows the custodial parent to take the child to a pre-arranged, safe and neutral location. The non-custodial parent can then pickup the child and return the child to the same neutral location once the visit is finished. The pickup times are staggered so that the parents do not have to be in contact with each other. The actual exchange of the children is monitored and documented by Cornerstone staff.
Cornerstone Fees:
Fees for Cornerstone Counseling Supervision services are paid for by the non-custodial parent, or as directed by the Court. Note: Holiday rates have an additional premium (TBD).

High Profile Case Visitation (i.e., Celebrity Visitation) $150 - $400 Per Hour
Telephone / Video Monitoring (Half-Hour Minimum) $50-$100 Per Hour
Custody Exchange Monitoring $75-$100 Per Exchange
Reports For Attorneys, Parents or Court $150+ Per Report (TBD)
Court Testimony w/Subpoena $500 for first 3 hrs (Minimum) $150 per hr thereafter
Fees are payable in Cash or Money Orders (No Personal Checks) and paid IN ADVANCE of the visitations. No services will be performed unless the fees for those services are paid in full prior to the services being provided. Fees are hourly and are per child and per monitor. Outside the office Supervision Fees have a one hour minimum.
Outside the office Supervision Fees have a two-hour minimum. Fees for services do not include travel fees. First 15 minutes from Simi Valley to the destination is free travel time. Our services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year/ depending on availability. *

Visitation Cancellation / No Show Policy - A Forty-Eight (48) hour cancellation notification is required. If no cancellation notification is given, the canceling or no show party is responsible for the entire fee for the cancelled visit. The payment must be paid prior to scheduling another visit.
To Start the Process:
To begin using the services, both parents must contact us (805-582-2619) and schedule an intake before services can begin. Both parents must bring the following information for the intake interview:
Drivers License or Valid Identification Card
· Proof of Insurance (Automobile)
· Copy of the Court Order or Temporary Custody Orders
· Copy of the Protective Order (if applicable)
· A recent picture of the Child
· A recent picture of the both parents (custodial and non-custodial)
Review the Supervision - Frequently Asked Questions Sheet. Cornerstone reserves the right to end the visit if the supervised parent or child violates any court order or Cornerstone policies during the visit. Cornerstone staff will end the visit immediately if the staff member feels it is in the best interest of the child.

What Cornerstone Supervisors will do:
Supervisors will maintain a neutral role by refusing to discuss the merits of the case, or agree with or support one party over another. Any discussion between a Supervisor and the parties should be for the purposes of arranging visitation and providing for the safety of the children during the visit.
Cornerstone Supervisors will keep a record for each case, including but not limited to the following: (i) a written record of each contact and visit including the date, time, and duration of (ii) who attended the visit; (iii) a summary of activities during the visit; (iv) actions taken by the Supervisor, including any interruptions, interventions, terminations, and reasons for these actions; (v) an account of critical incidents, including physical or verbal altercations and/or threats; (vi) violations of protective or court visitation orders; (vii) any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the visitation as per subdivision (i) of this contract; and (viii) any incidence of abuse or neglect as required by law.
Case recordings will be limited to facts, observations, and direct statements made by the parties, not personal conclusions, suggestions, or opinions of the Supervisor. All contacts by the Supervisor in person, in writing, or by telephone with party, the children, the court, attorneys, mental health professionals, and referring agencies, should be documented in the case file. All entries will be dated and signed by the person recording the entry.
